About this event

From the COVID-19 pandemic to the acceleration of technology based disruptions, executives have to change how they view their business, product offerings and ultimately approach leadership. New products, services and business models enable disruption of existing industries and often transforms the nature of competition. Prior to COVID-19, the McKinsey Global Institute (2017), predicted that 50% of the world economy, or 1.2 billion employees and $14.6 trillion in wages would be impacted by the adoption of current automation technologies over the next 20 years. Executive leaders need to understand how they can upskill themselves and their organizations to participate in the digital workforce of the future.
